Job Description:
Will be responsible for originating retail mortgage loans through direct sourcing of real estate agents, home builders, industry professionals, and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience:
Ideal Candidate will possess a minimum of two years commissioned sales experience in the real estate market with a proven, successful track record of loan origination and funding.
Existing client base of real estate agents and industry professionals a plus.
History of success including positive references
Skilled in sales and negotiation techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about teamwork and customer service
Strong situational analysis and independent problem solving skills.
Bilingual skills a plus.
